Each set consists of

  • 10 care cards for particular conditions and action plans,
  • 1 make-your-own blank card,
  • 1 front card describing the pack ("Slow Down", De-stress your fast paced life), and
  • 1 rear-facing card on how to use the deck ... for a total of 13 lucky cards.
