Still a WIP, but this should fix:

wonky new company names (adding a field to the registration form for this)
refactoring how we manage and track subscriptions
- storing a little more data in the staffplan database
- going to implement webhooks for updates on subscriptions and customer events
properly pro-rating the monthly fees as people are added and removed from an account
