re-enable dapp-manager autocomplete

we were forced to downgrade the click library to"^7.0": https://github.com/golemfactory/dapp-manager/blob/main/pyproject.toml#L36

as a result, autocompletion feature of dapp-manager stopped working as it's only supported in click v 8.1: https://click.palletsprojects.com/en/8.1.x/shell-completion/

the temporary work-around is to disable the autocompletion feature in the release branch

• option: research https://click.palletsprojects.com/en/7.x/bashcomplete/ and see if the current autocompletion code may be ported to click 7.x
• or: bump mitmproxy in goth to a version that uses a newest click: Bump mitmproxy version to ^8 goth#605
