Any way to speed up initial resize/render

I render a bunch of Markdown elements in a ScrollView and want to programatically scroll to the newest one (at the bottom) using onAppear and ScrollViewProxy.scrollTo.

Unfortunately currently this seems to scroll only a small amount which happens because at the time of the scroll, the element containing the markdown is empty (or at least a smaller than final size).

I currently have to add a delay of one whole second before I trigger the scroll which just looks goofy.

Is there any way to speed up the resizing of the markdown element so that I can scroll as soon as the element is added?
