This issue is the same problem.
#102

Google SignIn iOS SDK has been updated to 5.0.0 with many changes.
But Google SignIn Unity SDK has not been updated.
When will you update the Google SignIn Unity SDK?

You can modify File: /Assets/GoogleSignIn/Editor/GoogleSignInDependencies.xml
"<iosPod name="GoogleSignIn" version=">=4.0.2" ...>" to
"<iosPod name="GoogleSignIn" version="%lt; 5.0.0" ...>"
