darkly-game

A prototype for testing core game mechanics #work-in-progress #wip #libGDX

Implemented so far:

  • Prototype level map (Tiled)
  • Player sprite
  • Input handling
  • Player movement
  • Player collision detection with map objects
  • Lightmaps using Framebuffer Object (FBO)
  • Rudimentary Scene2d GUI (status bars)
  • Map triggered events (power-ups, hazards)
  • Enemy drone
  • Enemy attack animation
