The methylation_map_mix_<chromosome_number>.csv is added as a new output files in addition to forward and reverse files.
With these mix files, a posterior mix of forward and reverse files is not needed and more accurate information is managed.
In version 1.3, the individual positions under the minimum coverage were filtered before the forward and reverse output files were saved.
Now, forward and reverse counts are mixed into the hpg-hmapper tool, discovering new positions with minimal coverage or higher.
