Single-Photon-Mach-Zehnder Interferometer

The Mach-Zehnder Interferometer is an important device often used in quantum information and experiments about the foundations of quantum theory, It's a central piece in what is known as "Interaction-Free" measurements, which is the theme of my master thesis, here I upload a couple programs I wrote to make some figures or to explian more clearly, It mainly concerns the "Interaction-Free" measurement setup with semitransparent objects, to obtain the better known case of a perfect absorber $\beta,n=0$.I'm just getting started with github and haven't implemented links to the references (Haven't uploaded my thesis), I plan to do it on the future also plan to make documentation on the notebooks better
