解决方法，应该添加数据库记录下载大小，状态等

嗯嗯！我记得工具类中有状态的值，并且状态的值都是通过GreenDAO 存入数据库的，每个任务对应一个对象存入数据库中，下次下载的时候可以先从数据库中读取，然后继续下载。
这部分可能代码中写的不是很好，但是里面的框架都已经搭建好了，你可以自己优化调用现有的API就好啦
