Decryptor with OutputFolder

This release contains a change to the arg_handler and you can specify with /OUT [Path_To_Folder] an output folder which will be used to place the decrypted files and folders in there.

LyndaDecryption with DB Support

This version supports the decryption of single files or even whole folders containing .lynda files.
A new DB feature reads all the metadata from the Video2Brain app db and use this to create files and folders by original name.

It is now possible to delete files after decryption.
