[Feature request] API endpoint to PATCH or DELETE gasrecord

I've created lubelogger-fuelio-importer and wish to add an option to have Fuelio be the source of truth for fuel fills.

However, without the option to PATCH or DELETE a gasrecord in LubeLogger, this is not possible.

I'd greatly appreciate the capability to do this, and as a stretch would also love to see similar endpoints for other areas (e.g. taxrecords, etc.)
