[Feature Request] Make all users see cars added by admin

[T00ManySecrets]

For users using multiple cars i dont expect the users to write in the cars. Can we make it so all admin cars can be seen globaly and cannot be deleted by users?
Edit:
Maybe make a toggle when creating a new car that you can just set show to all users.
