For the end user:
Use the "TTK&Core" zip if you want Core and TTK in one zip.
Use the "TwitchToolkit" zip for just Toolkit.
Building from source:
If you decide to build from source, note that you'll have to manually copy the dll files, create a new 1.4 folder and edit the .xml file.
