We need to have a receipt to provision bootnodes using terraform.

We can use t3.micro/small for bootnode.

In this configuration, bootnode port should be opened, such as 9874.
And internal IP should be whitelisted, such as our wifi in the office, and some ec2 instances used to launch bootnode.
