replace internal validator nodes in s1/2/3 #4115

we are using r5.xlarge on s1/2/3 validator nodes with 2T EBS volume.

now it's time to replace them with high CPU and lower storage by using the snapdb on beacon chain db.

so I suggest to use c5.2xlargel, with 500G ebs volume, with snapdb, and deep pruning enabled.
