Boxes appear at wrong Y when dragged when page is scrolled into.

On the Floor view in admin mode, If the user has scrolled the viewport, and click-and-drags a box to move a reservable asset on the map, the asset will be displaced in proportion to how far the user has scrolled into the page.

The drag and release events still get fired, but if the user is far enough down the page, the box may not be visible, making the problem hard to correctly diagnose - user may think the box has just vanished on drag.
