Device guide added

Hi!

I added some files to the demo folder to help web developers understand to which kind of device they're designing depending on the screen size.
It's a simple guide, but I think it would really help beginners.

The first time I tried I had to authorize Chrome to "load unsafe scripts". Then it worked.
Did you try that? If you use Chrome, there will be a silver shield somewhere in the top of the browser.
