This release adds unit conversion for ALTO files. The "MeasurementUnit" values for inch1200 and mm10 are converted to pixel units. For inch1200 conversion the service looks for the DPI setting in the ALTO "processingStepSettings" element. If not found it uses the default DPI provided via configuration.

This release also fixed a bug in ALTO to MiniOcr conversion.
