I was able to reproduce this by running, then crouching briefly and attacking as I come out of the crouch. Since we've already solved this once, I can say that this is a race condition and I don't think it should be a priority as it will most likely take a long time to find and solve properly.

Also worth noting that this can be done anywhere where the player can crouch under something. Whomever attempts to fix this, feel free to test this in the Forest level as well.

I could reproduce this by attacking while crouching and shortly after the animation started playing coming out of crouch.

I also tried it in the black-caverns-2 level and it has this weird effect as if the game thinked its still on the moving platform after performing the glitch.
