No puedo conectar con mis cuentas #12

Hola,

Intento conectar con mis cuentas de Facebook y pese a que valida la conexión:

Luego vuelve a la misma interfaz:

I am also getting an issue where it tries to authorize twice with google account, and the second one does not complete.

Hi Mito Team, I am also experimenting the same type of problem.
Even if we autorize in FB, the blue button still there...

Same issue here, I have tried solutions given here #4 and still not working. Although you say it is an internal issue between Data Studio and Google account, it seems to be more on your side as Supermetrics one works just fine.

Have you used the connector before? I mean have you been able to successfully authenticate at least once or was this your first try?

I was not able to reproduce it at first, but will try it with a new account.

It says: Can't connect to my Facebook account despite being validated. After the first image, it says that it returns to the same interface which is the same thing that happens to me.

We found out that the problem is general and derives from a platform-wide issue. We are working on a solution and I will get back to you here as soon as we get there.

But I can not see the data in datastudio.

Hello Guys,

We managed to fix this error that prevented you from authorizing the app. We tried and have found a solution that requires minimal user interaction but also complies with Facebook's stricter policies. This means that the authorization flow is fixed you just have to add a new data source.

@djozsef thank you, I was able to add the data connector. The following step to choose an ad account is blank for me.

I get the same as written above me. OK to authenticate the connector and then gave access to my Facebook. I get a field mentioning I need to choose an ad account to use but that field is blank- no option to choose from. Please help

@yaeloosh @KeeganEad @djozsef Someone gave a really good answer to the issue, I tried it and worked just fine, look at #20
One thing I can't seem to do tho, is to add a Time Dimension, as it seems the plugin is not retrieving any dates?

Yep, thats working but any date field isn't returned so time dimension can´t be set.

I'm only seeing one account to connect. But I have 5 and can't connecto to the one I want.
