Go to any of the houses/hotels and appartments on the map. Depending on type of location you will get a screen that let's you choose to buy or rent set location. After purchasing a location you can decide to sell it by going to the house and select the option sell house.
This mod saves your heading so it is important that during the creation of a custom savehouse you are facing towards the direction that you want to be spawned at.
