This release contains all code for extracting statistics from the ABCD dataset, simulating individuals, computing SSRTs, and presenting final results for the simulation portion of the paper by Bissett, Hagen, Jones & Poldrack (2021).

Included is investigate_SD_of_SSRTs.ipynb which looks at the standard deviation of SSRT in 20 simple stopping conditions from a recent large-scale stopping paper (Bissett, Jones et al. 2020).

This version includes links to the stopsignalmetrics package (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4458764).

This version retains all correct files/scripts of the previous versions, but removes outdated files which could be distracting.
