Bugs:
-When the first data attribute is plotted, two matplotlib instances appear. One displays the map and the second is blank

Limitations:
-Only works for the specific file format used by our lab. Need to add an option for expanded functionality
-Slow (may be impossible to fix this without writing a mapping library in C++ on my own)
-No customization
