Buyback slots do not seem able to have items added.
Setting the bag ID of your item entry to a value higher than 4 will cause the item to go into the next available slot in the character's bags. If there are no available slots, the item will be sent to the player through the mail. Items added in this way cannot be enchanted through the enchant columns as of the writing of this segment. If items need to be enchanted, they need to be explicitly placed.
