Hey,

thanks for reporting that! It seems indeed like that 2181... transaction is not taken into account. I'm not sure what is going on.

Could you please check whether that transaction appears in your transaction history?

The only thing I can suggest at the moment is, to try and re-sync: Create a backup of your wallet, uninstall the app and re-install it again (or just delete the app's cache and data) and restore from backup again. At this point you unfortunately lose your address book during this process. Alternatively, if you have a second phone, you could just try installing the app there and importing the backup to see what balance shows up.

Could you please try that and report back? Thanks!

Hi @javgh thanks for replying, the transaction does not appear on my timeline, but it does on my friend's.

I'm trying to create a backup of the wallet, but can't figure out how to do it on the Android app... can you help me out?

Interesting - so for some reason you seem to not have received the transaction. To create a backup: Just go to the overflow menu (upper right, or menu key if your phone has such a key) and select "Backup".

Ok I've backed up my wallet, deleted it and re-downloaded it from the Play Store...

Now I need to restore it... how do I do that inside the app?

Successfully imported wallet to multibit and the balance was $5.44! Wohooo

Glad to hear that! Obviously it shouldn't have happened in the first place though. Thanks for providing the logs, I'll try to look into it. For now good to hear your money showed up again! =)

You can also restore within Hive Android via the menu, then backup and "restore private keys". That way you can restore backup files that are stored on external storage. Depending on where your backup is, you can also go to it on your phone (for example in your Google Drive folder, if that's where you stored it) and select it and it should automatically launch Hive Android and prompt to restore it.

If you haven't already sent your money elsewhere, it would actually be interesting to know whether restoring in Hive Android also results in the correct balance.
