There is some incompatibility between CH EMED and IPS for the medication units:

Medication.ingridient.strength:

• CH EMED:
  https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-emed/4.0.1/ValueSet-UnitCode.html (required) with UCUM & SCT
• IPS:
  https://hl7.org/fhir/uv/ips/STU1.1/StructureDefinition-Quantity-uv-ips.html fixed value for system = UCUM
