As discussed on 20.03.24, i included the CS/VS for the ServiceRequest.category -> requested service(s):

• include ServiceRequest Category #40

  • https://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7ch/ch-epr-term/branches/master/ValueSet-servicerequest-category.html

My proposed procedure would be as following:

• Publish it as it is for the ballot (without any adaption in the LAB/RAD IG)
• Raise an issue during the ballot to consolidate the CS/VS (use SCT codes where possible, harmonize similar terms, clean up wording). I wouldn't do this now, because adaptions in CH LAB-Order (still not published in a new version) and CH RAD-Order would be neccessary, if these IG would use the new VS/CS:
  • Use another canonical URL (CS)
  • adapt to the updated codes
  • may update the profile and form to be able to choose more than one requested service, if we would split up combined terms like "RequestForPreviousReportAndImages"
