HA is being capped at 3GB of ram since upgrading to 14.1

What operating system image do you use?

generic-x86-64 (Generic UEFI capable x86-64 systems)

What version of Home Assistant Operating System is installed?

14.1

Did the problem occur after upgrading the Operating System?

Yes

Hardware details

VirtualBox running on a intel Nuc 11th Gen with 64GB RAM running latest bios

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Upgrade to 14.1
2. see ram not more than 3gb

Additional information

HA Is capped at 3GB of RAM. I have patched the BIOS, disabled Hyperthreading, turned off Turbo Boost, still no luck.
