Honeytail hadn't had it's dependencies updated in some time. This release includes a huge bump in dependencies, bringing it up to date. We're also building for arm64 now.

Users should benefit from updates to libhoney-go and other libraries. Most notably, honeytail users will now send batched events compressed using zstd.
