Learn about vigilant mode.
  • Boost is now always built with either gcc or clang. Too many hours were spent attempting to get this working with the Intel compiler. The only package using boost is spt3g, which is now also updated to always build with either gcc or clang.
  • Stale configs moved to config/old directory
  • Python 3.5 and 3.6 tests and docker deploys removed
  • Python 3.9 test and deploy added
  • Additional pip / conda packages added: pshmem, tomlkit, traitlets
  • Pixell package added
  • Uncrustify package added
  • Updated to latest versions: OpenBLAS, FFTW, healpy, h5py, spt3g, PySM, SuiteSparse, TOAST
