stage1 does not correctly handle WARC paths containing special characters

During stage1 two files were processed incorrectly: archivebot_partial/97, archivebot_partial/114
This is probably due to characters that should be escaped in the corresponding input WARC paths.
Reconsider using the 'eval' command here:
