The Human Reference Atlas aims to map all of the cells of the human body to advance biomedical research and clinical practice (Börner et al. 2021). A major challenge in constructing the Human Reference Atlas (HRA) is combining data generated by the different consortia without a common ‘language’ or common coordinate framework (CCF) shared across them for describing and indexing the data in a spatially explicit and semantically consistent way.
Each guide contains step-by-step instructions for using Human Reference Atlas applications.
