This PR adds a test for the internal XML fields of an ome-tiff file. A JSON file provides specs for what fields should be there and what their data types should be; a jsonschema tests the syntax of that file.
This test only does checking within a single ome-tiff. A future PR will do comparisons between ome-tiffs, for example checking that two files in an assay refer to the same size region.
