Include NMF decomposition in addition to PCA

Pixel data is non-negative, so a NMF decomposition of the image data can be more informative in some cases than PCA. Perform this decomposition, save the top three components as red, green, and blue in a new image, and save the component loadings as CSV and in a PDF heatmap.
