Huggle has both this github issues tab, and a phabricator project to raise issues. The phabricator project is much more populated, and is mentioned in the README and on-wiki documentation.
Does it make sense to close this issues tab? It can be done by an owner going to the Settings tab, and deselecting "Issues" under the Features heading. I'm happy to help with migrating the few open tasks here over to phabricator.

well at some point it does - the only downside of it is that people who want to report issue here on github and already have an account here on github, would be redirected to phabricator and they would be forced to create an account there as well, which may be quite bothersome. On other hand most of Huggle users have Wikimedia SUL account and therefore already have account, so yeah, we could probably do that. Just not sure about the best way to move tasks here to phabricator. Just copy paste and leave a link? The original reporter would have to be somehow linked in copied task too.
