sendJson API doesn't send custom tags

When I send json with custom tags, they are simply ignored and empty tags object is sent instead.
This happens because request body is always built with default empty tags object:

  var requestBody = [
    {
      "tags": {},

The fix is to get tags from options instead:

  var requestBody = [
    {
      "tags": options.tags,
