Step 1: install opencv using command- pip install opencv-python

Step 2: use the video to detect the cars

Step 3: Run the python file by- python car_detection_video.py

NOTE: This algorithm is not that accurate, May work in some videos(high quality) only, with low noise in it. May produce wrong results as well. Therefore use code on your RISK!!
