Related to #94

It would be useful to prepare Mokka for deployment in Kubernetes:

Make sure that Mokka is easily deployable in k8s environment: how to provide configuration, how to provision users, basic observability, logs
Prepare basic yaml files for Mokka deployment
Think about how to expose Mokka GUI to the outside world (proxy, k8s service, istio gateway), provide some config samples
