Steps to achieve

Get consent from users to store their SSI data
Ask for an encryption pin
Encrypt the data
store in any cloud storage associated with the Kepler publicKey
Recover when the user connects Kepler wallet
Ask consent, Verify consent
Ask for the pin
Decrypt the identity data
