We now use DaisyUI we could use something more customizable like https://github.com/shadcn-ui/ui .

Removing DaisyUI will likely cause the builder to be rendered incorrectly. Which will need changes to https://github.com/i-VRESSE/haddock3-webapp/blob/main/app/builder/Form.css .

Since #73 we are now in control of which tailwind classes are used everywhere.
