Adding extra emojis!

Parsing posts from twitter. Sometimes it adds extra emoji after some twitters emojis. I store data in MySQL with utf8mb4_general_ci collation

@kybarg I change my collation to utf8mb4_general_ci, But it converts them to question mark (????)
What is the solution?

I also face the same problem, if using iPhone embed the emoji. It was embed extra icon, i think is because the colour tone issue.

this is caused by the new composite gendered emoji. i have an update in the works that will address this.

these emoji are now supported in the latest version of the data library that this library relies on.
