Build

Route-Me: copy or link MapView/ and Proj4/ into main project

Routing engine: copy or link files into main project

Facebook SDK: install Facebook SDK and then copy or link ~/Documents/FacebookSDK/ into main project

Google Analytics: copy or link Library/* into main project

DAKeyboardControl: copy or link files into main project

TTTAttributedLabel: copy or link files into main project

UIImage-Categories: copy or link files into main project

Base64: copy or link files into main project

AddressParser: copy or link SMAddressParser.h and SMAddressParser.m into main project
