How to Programmatically Paste Clipboard Copied From Excel

Is there a way to programmatically paste clipboard copied from excel in to spreadsheet?

You can use the Clipboard API to get the copied text. Once you gain it see the paste action for reference:

I'm sorry that this might sound like a beginner question. I got the clipboard content now but how do i call these actions? Do i use useRef?

The paste event is not exposed in this component now.
You can try hacking document.addEventListener():
