Add filter component

For filtering nodes and edges in the view, HiView needs a filter component. This will be a simpler version of the Cytoscape's filter function. It should support the following:

• Option to select object type (Node or Edge)
• Two types of filtering:
  • Discrete values
  • Continuous values
• Continuous filter should support multiple range points (handle)
