MDF Library Bus Logger Functionality

The MDF library have been updated with a bus logger (writer) functionality. The MDF writer interface have some new interfaces that simplify the usage.

• BusType. Select the type of messages to store. Currently only CAN (FD) buses are supported.
• StorageType. Select between Fixed (SD), VLSD (CG) or MLSD storage.
• MaxLength. This defines the max data bytes. CAN use 8 bytes while CAN-FD use 64 bytes.
• CanMessage. Support object that fixes most tricky bit-stuffing.
• SaveCanMessage. Adds a CAN message onto the sample cache that later is flushed onto the disc.

Note that compression is supported for the writer.

According to the ASAM standard both meta data (HD) and source information (SI) should be added. These thing have to be added manually. Anyone have an idea how to add these type of data in a simpler way?
