NoNoGen: A novel generator that takes a (hopefully) novel approach.
National Novel Generation Month Project 2014
NaNoGenMo 2014: It started as a joke on Twitter by Darius Kazemi and grew into an entire month of people creating novel-writing generators. This one is mine.
A thread about its development can be found here.
The first finished book produced by the generator is "The Infinite Garden of One Thousand and One Stories". It has 5,665,188 words, and was generated from a seed of 5.16746766851914E8 and with a running time of 123337.824542 milliseconds.
This configuration of the generator emphasizes recursion and uses its own structure to construct the space that the characters inhabit.
And, in imitation of extracting parts of the longer collection and publishing them on their own, here's a 22K word novelette, "Ten Stories by Scheherazade". PDF Markdown
