Your machine might not have access to the internet.

Instead of editing the question to complete different error , either create new issue or post comment .
nvm you are not in correct folder to execute the file .

Download Latest Server Script From files.ballistica
Copy ba_root Folder And Paste It In Mods Folder
IMPORT mods
It should work
