I know it's bad practice to have multiple unrelated changes in a PR, but time is short.

Changes:

• Removed occurrences of "remotely.one".
  • The domain isn't being used anymore.
• Use default Docker healthcheck times.
• Fixed users being stuck when two-factor authentication enforcement is turned on.
• Made the Save button fixed on the Server Config page.
• The server URL (and optionally org ID) is now encoded in the attended support client's file name when downloaded.
• Added a Deploy page.
  • You can now copy and paste an install script directly into the terminal to install the persistent agent.
  • Server admins can upload a custom version of the attended support client for distribution (e.g. commercially-signed).
