This is already possible, with the https://immich.app/docs/api/send-job-command endpoint. |

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.
The feature
Usually when taking snapshots of the upload dir you want to create an up-to-date database backup immediately beforehand. The ability to do this via the API would simplify the process and avoid having to connect your backup software container to the Immich database container.
