[Feature] Filter People or faces by date range

I have searched the existing feature requests to make sure this is not a duplicate request.

The feature

The People page is currently not of much use for me, because I have detected 46k faces and it displays max 500 faces.

Could we add a filter to the page? For example, "see only faces which has at least one photo within specified date range"

I think this will be better solved by just fixing that 500 limit with lazy loading rather than adding all sorts of filters to work around it, right?
